Mural for my Daughter

I have been working on a mural for my daughter for her “big girl room” so I can move the baby into the nursery. I am so excited that it is ALMOST done and I cannot wait to move her new furniture in there.

Below is a picture of the nursery mural that I did last year which will now be for Shelby Grace!! She is already three months old!!

As you can see I had LOTS of help!!

Pet Oyster

I don't think anything is wrong with a little extrinsic motivation every now and then...

...to help 30 kindergarteners clean up their tables without losing my voice and pulling paint brushes out of little hands because they don't want to stop. I made 50 of these little "pet oysters"

We go to the beach alot and I didn't know what to do with all these shells my daughter and I picked up. Now I have 600 kids asking for a pet oyster every time they come in my room!

I love how I can make someone's day with something that some people consider trash!

Spring Show
