Wow! That is certainly powerful. I am troubled that art was given the brush off. I think that the type of art instruction that students receive plays a very vital role in how well creativity is promoted just in art class. It is true, however, that in order to nurture the creativity that free flows in a great art classroom, homeroom and specific subject area teachers need to learn to master the art of promoting it in their areas.
